Brian Siedband

Brian’s professional music career began in high school, when he was selected to represent the Midwest in the All-American High School Grammy Ensemble, a twenty-member jazz choir that accompanied Kenny Loggins, Arturo Sandoval and All-4-One. During his four years at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Brian directed and performed with The Other Guys. Notable performances with The Other Guys include placing third in the 1996 National Championship of College A Cappella at Lincoln Center, opening for Grease! on Broadway, entertaining during the 1996 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, opening for Clinton/Gore during their 1998 Urbana-Champaign visit, and national anthems for a number of sports teams including the New York Yankees, Chicago Bulls and Houston Rockets. After college, Brian toured the Caribbean, Hawaii and South America as a singer aboard the Mercury, a Celebrity cruise ship. Brian has also been seen recently in Chicago productions of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding (playing Donny Dolce, Johnny Nunzio and Joey Vitale) and West Side Story (playing Tony). In addition to singing and acting, Brian writes his own music and plays guitar. Brian is thrilled to be a part of Fiveplay, and proud and honored to be performing professionally alongside his younger brother.
