David Reeder

David Reeder started singing a cappella with a quintet in high school that won best in state. He continued this style of music at the University of Illinois singing four years with The Other Guys. That group placed third in the National Championship of College A Cappella and was awarded best college a cappella album of the year. Since graduating, David has performed on dozens of professional choral recordings with The Morning Choir at 4th Presbyterian Church in Chicago, Chicago Choral Artists, The Schola Cantorum of St. Peter’s in the Loop, and the choir for the music of Advent Press. Currently, you can hear David Sunday mornings with the Morning Choir at 4th Presbyterian Church. The Morning Choir recently sang the music of Dave Brubeck with The Dave Brubeck Quartet in an electric concert. David is excited to be singing bass in Fiveplay. When David sings off microphone it is amazing to hear. When he sings with a microphone you feel it.
